FOLLOWING YOUR AGREEMENT TO USE OUR SERVICES:
LET
ONLY.
- Advertising
and marketing including details & colour photographs displayed
on the internet, inclusion on our Property List, picture & details
in our shop window on Stockports main A6. Press advertising, circulation
of details to local businesses.
- To
Let board (if required).
- Arranging
& conducting viewings (if required).
- Homelet
referencing with rent guarantee (subject to Insurers terms and conditions).
- Preparation
of tenancy agreement.
- Preparation
of basic Inventory (full Inventory available if required).
- Checking
in tenants, receiving & transferring security deposit and first
months rent.
- Availability
of specialized insurances in connection with the letting of your property
including rent guarantee legal protection , building & contents
cover.
LET & RENT COLLECTION.

In addition to LET ONLY we will collect rentals from the tenant and
forward same less our commission.
LET & FULL MANAGEMENT.

In addition to LET ONLY & LET & RENT COLLECTION we will deal
with the tenant on a day to day basis.
- Attend
to all repairs up to an agreed expenditure limit (subject to Landlords
instructions)
- End
of tenancy inspection & inventory checkout.
